What data we process

When you visit the website, the hosting provider may record technical data needed for browsing and security, such as IP address, date and time, browser type and requested page.

If you choose a language, the website stores that preference in the technical cookie lang. If you email or call us, we process the data you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

We publish some excerpts from Google reviews together with the author's name. We do not ask for special categories of data (health, religious beliefs, etc.) and we do not intentionally collect data from minors.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data for the following purposes:

• operation and security of the website: legitimate interest of the controller;
• responding to information requests: pre-contractual measures or contract, or legitimate interest for general requests;
• tax, accounting and legal obligations: legal obligation;
• publishing reviews: legitimate interest in presenting our business, while respecting the authors' rights;
• loading Google Maps: your consent.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by Aruba S.p.A. (hosting, Italy), by Google (for Gmail and Google Maps), by IT consultants and by professionals assisting the controller. We do not sell personal data.

Google may also process data in the United States under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and/or the Data Privacy Framework. Please see Google's privacy notice for details.

Retention periods

Aruba server and hosting logs: 30 days, unless required for security or by law. Emails and contact requests: for as long as the conversation is needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last interaction; deleted emails are removed from Gmail Trash after 30 days and from Google systems within 180 days (backups may take up to 6 months). Published reviews: until a removal or update request. lang cookie: 12 months. Google Maps: according to Google's retention periods.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Cookie Policy

The website uses the technical cookie lang to remember your language choice. It does not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. The Google map is not loaded automatically: it is loaded only if you click “Load map”. At that point Google may receive your IP address and set cookies on the google.com domain. If you do not load the map, no data is sent to Google through this website for the map.

You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. To withdraw consent for the map, simply reload the page without clicking “Load map” and, if necessary, delete Google cookies from your browser.

Google Maps

The “Load map” button constitutes specific consent to load the Google content. The “Open in Google Maps” link opens the service in a new tab: in that case Google's own terms and privacy notice apply directly. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, newsletters or data collection forms.
