What data we process

While you browse, the hosting provider may record technical data needed for navigation and security, such as IP address, date and time, browser type and the page requested.

If you choose a language, the site stores that preference in the technical cookie lang. If you write to us or call us, we process the data you provide, for example name, email, phone number and the content of your message.

We publish some excerpts of Google reviews together with the author's name. We do not ask for special categories of data (health, religious beliefs, etc.) and we do not intentionally collect data from minors.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data for the following purposes:

• operation and security of the site: legitimate interest of the controller;
• responding to requests for information: pre-contractual measures or contract, or legitimate interest for general enquiries;
• tax, accounting and legal obligations: legal obligation;
• publishing reviews: legitimate interest in promoting our business, while respecting the rights of the authors;
• loading Google Maps: consent of the user.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by Aruba S.p.A. (hosting, Italy), by Google (for Gmail and Google Maps), by any IT consultants and by the professionals who assist the controller. We do not sell personal data.

Google may also process data in the United States, on the basis of adequate safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses and/or the Data Privacy Framework. For details, please refer to Google's privacy notice.

How long we keep data

Server and Aruba hosting logs: 30 days, unless security needs or legal obligations require otherwise. Emails and contact requests: for as long as the conversation is needed to handle the request, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last interaction; deleted emails are removed from the Gmail trash after 30 days and from Google systems within 180 days (backups may take up to 6 months). Published reviews: until a request for removal or updating. Cookie lang: 12 months. Google Maps: according to the durations set by Google.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing already carried out. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Cookie Policy

The site uses the technical cookie lang to remember the language you chose. It does not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. The Google map is not loaded automatically: it loads only if you click “Load the map.” At that point Google may receive your IP address and set cookies in the google.com domain. If you do not load the map, no data is sent to Google for the map through this site.

You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. To withdraw consent for the map, simply reload the page without clicking “Load the map” and, if necessary, delete Google's cookies from your browser.

Google Maps

The “Load the map” button constitutes specific consent to loading the Google content. The “Open in Google Maps” link, on the other hand, opens the service in a new tab: in that case Google's terms and privacy notice apply directly. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, newsletters or data collection forms.

We may update this notice to reflect legal or technical changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
